GOOD TO KNOW

Check-in/Check-out

  • Check-in 11:30 – 21:30 hours
  • Check-out 08.00 – 10:30 hours

The reception is open every day from 8:00 am to  09:30 pm
Arrivals after 09:30 pm must be arranged in advance, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.

On the departure day, subject to availability, the parking place and the beach facilities are available for € 20.00.

At check-in

  • A valid ID is required

Cancellation/prepayment

  • Whenever you book by e-mail, an Euro 250,00 deposit is required and it can be sent back minus Euro 50,00, if you cancel your booking at least 14 days before your arrival.
  • When you book with online booking system, if cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 100 percent of the first three nights fee will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

RATES FOR CHILDREN

  • Children between the ages of 3 and 10 years have a 30% discount staying in a room with two adults.
  • In the double rooms you can add a cot at Euro 15,00 per night for children under 3 years.

PETS

  • Pets are allowed just on request. The extracharge is Euro 10,00 per night
  • The “bau beach” is included in the price only for private customers. This dog friendly area is equipped with beach umbrellas and sunbeds, bowls for dogs and other useful amenities for dog owners and their four-legged friends.

GOLF PARTNERSHIP

  • The Prà delle Torri Golf Caorle is a beautiful 18 hole 6045 meter par 72 golf course overlooking the sea. It is situated just 7 kilometers from Caorle and 15 from Lido Jesolo. The golfer can admire an open window view over the sea when playing the initial 9 holes. The relaxing golf course may become quite technical and exciting during the particular sea breeze period. Beginner golfers have easy access to the course while expert ones during windy days and with all flags positioned on holes may encounter difficulty…..a real challenge!
  • Hotel guests are entitled to 30% discount on green fees.

 

RESTAURANT

  • As for lunch and dinner we offer the possibility to eat a la carte in a restaurant in front of our private beach with a discount of 10%. The restaurant is open only in summer.

INTERNET

  • WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge
  • WiFi and internet cable are available in all rooms and are free of charge

BYCICLES

  • Bike rental is free and for adults only.

TURKISH BATH AND JACUZZI

  • The turkish bath is available every day from 8.00 to 21.00 under reservation. The cost is Euro 10.00 per person.
  • The jacuzzi in the hanging garden is open for free during summer time from 10.30 to 19.00.
